Occupied Oasis is an upcoming boutique hotel located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Created to be a getaway for friends, bachelorette parties, and group vacations, Occupied Oasis partnered with us to develop the name, branding, and marketing strategy to appeal to their ideal guest.

Formed around the concept of a bright spot in the desert, Occupied Oasis seeks to provide guests with opportunities for both relaxation and action.

Our goal was to craft a brand strategy that embodies an oasis, combining elevated luxury and playful touches of nature and color, to communicate that rest is best when infused with a little bit of fun.

By intentionally strategizing every touchpoint in the guest journey — from door signs to yoga mats to pickleball paddles — we reinforced their brand value of elevated enjoyment.
