IP & Content Policy Updated January 2026
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE POLICY
All content, methodology, frameworks, visual assets, and branded materials made available through Fortissima — whether published on this website, delivered in client engagements, presented at speaking events, or distributed through any other channel — are the exclusive intellectual property of Mary-Catherine Reinert, Founder and Brand Strategist of Fortissima. This policy establishes the terms under which that property may and may not be used.
1. PROPRIETARY METHODOLOGY
Fortissima’s work is grounded in a proprietary body of methodology developed by Mary-Catherine Reinert. This includes, but is not limited to:
- CereSense™ — a seven-sense approach to brand strategy that expands traditional sensory marketing to include “Feel” (emotional internalization) and “Say” (word-of-mouth reputation) as proprietary sense dimensions
- The sensorial architecture process and all associated client-facing implementation protocols
- The Touchpoint Sensory Analysis — a diagnostic and assessment system applied across client brand audits and strategy engagements
- All practitioner guidelines, quality control standards, and scoring instruments developed for the above
- Named frameworks, coined terminology, conceptual models, and any system introduced or described in Fortissima’s published or delivered work
These methodologies are protected by copyright and represent the foundational intellectual capital of Fortissima. They are not transferable, replicable, or licensable without an executed written agreement.
If you are interested in licensing the Neurosensorial Branding Framework for organizational use, academic research, or practitioner training, please contact us directly to begin that conversation.

- Written copy, case study narratives, articles, and thought leadership content
- Brand photography, custom graphics, logos, and visual identity elements
- Framework diagrams, process visuals, and methodology illustrations
- Client outcome summaries and documented results (used with client authorization)
- Presentation materials, downloadable resources, and any other distributed content

- Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their own internal business purposes.
- Clients may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or present Fortissima deliverables as their own proprietary work to third parties.
